Flare Notifications
Three notification pills, each with a small fire burning at its trailing cap. A notification arrives and ignites; tap to read it and the fire cools to an ember, tap again to relight it, hold to stoke it. Each flame is 32 soft color blobs fitted against a reference clip and drawn by one fragment shader, so it flows without flicker.
