These terms are the agreement between you and Native Cook. By creating an account or buying Pro you accept them. They are written in plain language on purpose; where they are unclear, the plain reading wins.
Native Cook is run by Ngoc Le, an individual based in Vietnam.

Payments are handled by Polar Software, Inc. (United States) as the merchant of record.
1. What Native Cook is
Native Cook is a catalog of mobile UI blocks. Each block is a short screen recording of a finished interaction and three prompts, for React Native, Swift and Kotlin, that a coding agent can build it from. Some blocks are free; the rest are Pro. What each plan includes is listed on the pricing page.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or buy Pro.
- You sign in with an email address, or through GitHub or Google. Keep access to that email: it is how we reach you, and how you get back into your account.
- An account is for one person. Don’t share it, and don’t let others use it. You are responsible for what happens under it.
- We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, is used for fraud, or disputes a charge with its bank instead of asking us for a refund first.
3. Pro, billing and renewal
- Pro is sold by Polar Software, Inc., our merchant of record. Polar charges your payment method, issues the receipt and invoice, and collects and remits any sales tax or VAT. Its buyer terms apply to the purchase itself.
- Prices are shown in US dollars on the pricing page. Tax is added at checkout where it applies, based on your billing country.
- Pro is a subscription. It renews automatically, every month or every year depending on the plan you chose, and your payment method is charged at each renewal until you cancel.
- You can cancel at any time from Manage subscription on the pricing page, which opens your Polar customer portal. Canceling stops future charges; Pro stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. There are no refunds for the rest of a period, except as set out in our refund policy.
- If a renewal payment fails, Polar retries it over the following days and emails you a link to update your card. Pro is paused until a payment goes through.
- If we change the price of Pro, the new price applies to your next renewal only after we have emailed you at least 30 days in advance. You can cancel before then.
4. What you may do with the blocks
While you have access to a prompt, free or Pro, we grant you a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use it, and anything you build from it, in as many of your own projects as you like: personal, commercial, open source, or work for clients. You own the apps and code you build. Prompts you copied while on Pro may stay in your own projects after your subscription ends; you only lose access to new and updated ones.
You may not:
- publish, share, sell or otherwise redistribute the prompts or the videos, on their own or as part of a collection, product, dataset or model-training set;
- use the catalog to build a competing catalog, library or service;
- copy the catalog in bulk, by hand or with scrapers, bots or automated tools;
- work around the Pro lock or share Pro content with people who don’t have Pro;
- present the blocks as your own designs.
Where a block links to source code on GitHub, that code is covered by the license stated in its repository.
5. Results from coding agents
The prompts are instructions for AI coding agents, and agents vary. We don’t promise that any agent will reproduce the video exactly, or that its output will suit your project. You are responsible for reviewing the code an agent writes, including its security, its dependencies and their licenses, before you ship it. We are not responsible for the agents or other third-party tools you use.
6. Our content and names
The videos, prompts, text and design of Native Cook belong to us. React Native, Swift, Kotlin, SwiftUI and Jetpack Compose are trademarks of their respective owners; Native Cook is not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta, Apple or Google.
7. Changes to the service
We add blocks regularly and may change, replace or retire blocks and features. If we ever close Native Cook, we will tell subscribers in advance and refund the unused part of any yearly plan.
8. Disclaimer and liability
Native Cook is provided as it is and as it is available. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties about it, and our total liability to you for anything arising from these terms or the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or the rights you have as a consumer in the country where you live.
9. Ending the agreement
You can stop using Native Cook at any time, and delete your account on the account page; this cancels any subscription at once. We may end the agreement if you break these terms. Sections 4 to 10 continue to apply after it ends.
10. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. If you are a consumer in another country, the mandatory consumer-protection rules of that country still apply to you. If something goes wrong, email us first; most problems are quicker to fix than to argue about.
11. Changes to these terms
When we change these terms we update the date at the top. For changes that affect your rights or your money we also email account holders before the change takes effect. Using Native Cook after a change means you accept the new terms.
