Ink Signature Pad
A full-screen signature page on warm near-black: a small "STUDIO LEASE · PAGE 4 OF 4" over a serif "Sign to accept", then a tall sheet of speckled cream paper with a printed acceptance line at the top, a signature line marked with an × near the bottom and "MARA ELLISON · TENANT" and the date under it. A finger writes on it in fountain-pen ink that is thick where it moves slowly and thin where it moves fast, glossy royal blue while wet and blue-black once dry. Below the paper sit three pill buttons, Clear, Replay and Done: Clear sweeps a walnut wiper with a felt edge and a brass knob across the page, Replay redraws the signature at the pace it was written with a gold nib over a pale ghost of it, and Done shrinks the page onto two earlier pages of the lease and presses a red wax seal with the monogram "ME" on its corner, under "Lease sealed" and "Signed by Mara Ellison · 13 Oct 2026".
