Semicircle Spend Gauge
A white spending summary card around a half-donut gauge: the half circle is the week's $2,000 limit, and Shopping, Utilities and Others each take their honest share of it, the unspent rest in grey, with "SPENT $1,800.00" in the middle and the three categories in columns below. Tapping a segment (or its column) pops it out and dims the others while the centre rolls to its total; the "Last Week" dropdown switches the period, and the segments re-flow on a spring as every amount rolls to its new value.
