Stacked Colour Cards
A friends list built as a signpost: seventeen thick, arrow-shaped boards in pastel and saturated colours are stacked up a pole from under the status bar to the bottom of the screen, on a background that runs from near-black green to deep blue. Each board carries a friend's name, some a distance, and points the way to that friend, so the post looks like a jumble of arrows at different angles. As the heading changes the whole post turns about its pole in 3D: boards swing from face-on to edge-on, their tops, ends and arrow points come into view, and the lettering foreshortens with its board.
