Bars To Lines Morph
A dark vitals screen: six tiles (heart rate, SpO2, fever, blood pressure, blood glucose, respiratory rate) and a card with the selected one's last 24 hours. Heart rate and glucose are range bars, one per hour, with the part above the limit broken off in red; the others are lines with a dot per hour, red past their limits, and the peak and the low are labelled. Choosing another tile folds the chart into dots, flies the dots to the new readings and unfolds them into bars or lines.
