Budget Scrub Scale
A budget panel built around a ruler: a row of category chips, the amount in heavy digits on a white card, and an indigo panel with a ruler of dots and ticks under a fixed turquoise indicator, a verdict ("Normal", "That's a lot", "Are you crazy?") and a Save button. The open category is a coloured pill that carries its name and amount; dragging the ruler sets the amount, which counts on rolling digits.
