Cylinder Month Carousel
A month of tall picture cards (225 × 400 pt, drawn autumn landscapes) standing on a drum seen from outside, on a near-black screen. The card in front faces the viewer with its title and its artist's name on a dark pill; its neighbours are turned 56° away around the vertical axis, pushed back, darkened and partly hidden behind it, and each card carries a lock or a heart in a round badge. Under the drum a strip of ticks, one per card and bunched towards its far end, keeps the front card's tick (white, thicker, taller) in the middle, above the month's name and a soft glow in the front card's colour.
