Zipper Unlock
The lock screen of "Pocket", a private journal, is a denim cover: indigo twill with washes, gold double stitching and a debossed leather patch reading "Pocket — Notes for later", with a brass zipper down the middle. Pull the tab down and the teeth part in a V above the slider while the two halves roll back at their edges and slide apart, until the cover swings open to show the journal underneath: Saturday's date, the week, three note cards, a memory from a year ago and a New note button, coming in one after another. Let go before 70 % and it zips itself back up; past it, it opens all the way.
