Pro is a subscription that renews automatically until you cancel. Here is what you can get back, and how.
Your first payment
If Pro isn’t for you, email us within 14 days of your first payment and we refund it in full. No questions asked. Pro ends when the refund is issued.
Renewals
Renewal payments are not refunded. To avoid one, cancel before the renewal date from Manage subscription on the pricing page; canceling is instant, and Pro stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. Your renewal date is shown there and in your Polar customer portal.
How to ask
- Email ngocdevv@gmail.com from the address on your account, with the invoice number from the receipt Polar sent you.
- Refunds go back to the payment method you paid with, through Polar, usually within 5 to 10 business days. Polar’s fees are not deducted from what you get back.
- Please ask us before disputing a charge with your bank or card issuer. A chargeback takes longer for you, and we may close accounts that use it instead of asking.
Limits
- One first-payment refund per person. Subscribing again after a refund is fine, but it isn’t refundable.
- Free plans, free blocks and discounted checkouts that cost nothing have nothing to refund.
Your legal rights
Nothing here limits the rights you have as a consumer where you live, including the 14-day right of withdrawal in the EU and the UK. Polar, as the merchant of record, may also refund a payment on its own within 60 days of a purchase, for instance to head off a chargeback; if it does, Pro ends with the subscription.
