Spotlight Tab Bar
A monochrome tab bar lit by a lamp: a grey pill with four solid glyphs in the shade (person, house, bell, camera), a short white bar lying on its top edge, and a cone of light falling from that bar into the pill, which turns the glyph under it white. Choosing a tab slides the lamp there with its beam leaning back and flaring on arrival; on the jump across the whole bar the lamp dims and the glyphs it passes catch the light for a moment. The lamp can also be dragged along the pill and goes to the nearest tab on release. The page above, a title over grey placeholder cards with the tab's glyph on the first one, changes with the tab.
